Sales Team Member

In-House Production Team Member
The In-House Production Team is the link between the customer order and what the Seamstresses sew.  Team Members create the “kits” that the seamstresses use to sew the bags and accessories.

Requirements:
  • Good attention to detail
  • Work on site at the production shop in Chesterfield County during regular shop hours
  • Capable of standing for extended periods of time while cutting
  • Attend monthly team production meetings
  • Knowledge of sewing and sewing techniques a plus

    Seamstress
    The Seamstress brings a bag or accessory to life!  The Seamstress takes the kit that the In-House Production Team has assembled and creates the bag or accessory.

    Responsibilities:
  • Sew/construct all aspects of an item from written directions and pattern
  • Confidently produce a well-made, quality product
  • Pick up precut kits from the production shop during shop hours
  • Sew and complete products at home in a timely manner
  • Drop off completed items at the production shop during shop hours
  • Attend monthly team production meetings
  • Accomplished seamstresses preferred
